PILATES in Harpenden
and St Albans
Pilates is a form of exercise that targets the deep postural muscles from the inside out. It helps to improve posture, develop strength and flexibility and relieves unwanted stress and tension. It can be adapted to suit all ages and abilities.
ALIGNMENT – BREATHING – CENTRING
I started Pilates as a client and immediately found great benefits from the deep muscle exercises in terms of functional movement and when I was participating in sport. As well as getting the physical benefits of Pilates it also gave me an overall sense wellness and this combination inspired me to train as a Body Control Teacher. Since qualifying in 2018, I continue to develop my knowledge by taking regular courses in Special Population groups in order to bring the best I can to my clients.
I strongly believe in the power of Pilates to enable people of all ages to develop better movement patterns. Currently, I have a varied client base of people aged between 21 and 80. They come from all walks of life from building surveyors to show jumping judges, retirees, full time carers, magistrates and distance runners. Pilates is suitable for almost everyone!

T.Cs. Generally, I don't offer refunds but you can make up the class in another session, if there is a space.
