The teachers from the Pilates Workshop studios in Dunstable, Harpenden, St Albans and Leighton Buzzard, along with the help from friends of the studio, went LIVE on Instagram  for 24 hours.

From 12pm Sunday 24th May to 12pm Bank Holiday Monday 25th May, The Pilates Workshop went LIVE - on the hour, every hour - guiding you through a variety of activities, including Pilates and yoga.

Cancer Research UK is the world’s largest charity dedicated to saving lives through research. Recent events have led to many of their annual fundraising activities being postponed. They need us now more than ever.
